Classic Meatloaf

This is your classic keto meatloaf. Just like how your family used to make, but better.

  • 2/3 cup of keto breadcrumbs or crushed pork rinds. Soak in 1 cup of milk
  • 1.5 lbs ground beef
  • 2 slightly beaten eggs
  • ¼ cup onion chopped
  • 1 tsp salt
  • 1/8 tsp black pepper
  • 0.5 tsp sage
  • 3 tbsp keto brown sugar
  • ¼ cup low-sugar ketchup


  1. Preheat oven to 350ºF.

  2. Excluding the brown sugar and the ketchup, combine all the ingredients until mixed well. Put in a loaf pan and make sure it’s all even.
  3. Mix ketchup and brown sugar until even. Glaze the loaf with your mixture
  4. Cook for about 45 minutes, or until done in the center. Serve!
