Boil half of the water and add honey and salt to it. Stir until it dissolves fully. Use a corkscrew or other tool to make a hole in the coconut. Drain the water from the coconut into the boiled water. Add in the rest of the water and chill it until it’s the perfect temperature for drinking.

You don’t have to drink 8 glasses of water a day, but opt for drinking water instead of sweet fruit juices, sodas, or other drinks and you will probably see some improvement in your weight loss.
